This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the PrakritPurity website operated by BasicBrowns Pvt Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped or marked as dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
PrakritPurity reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Operational limitations
  • Payment verification failures

In such cases, eligible refunds shall be processed to the original payment method.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations applicable to skincare and personal care products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Missing items in shipment

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be substantially unused
  • Original packaging must be retained
  • Supporting photographs and unboxing video may be required

The following shall not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless defective
  • Gift cards or complimentary items
  • Products without original packaging

Individual skin types and sensitivities vary.
PrakritPurity does not guarantee specific skincare outcomes or suitability for every skin type.
Customers are advised to conduct a patch test prior to regular usage.
Refunds or returns shall not be provided solely on the basis of:

  • Personal dislike
  • Fragrance preference
  • Texture preference
  • Individual skin incompatibility unless a verified product defect exists

All return or exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality assessment team.
PrakritPurity reserves the right to reject claims that:

  • Lack sufficient evidence
  • Are submitted beyond the specified timeline
  • Indicate product misuse or tampering

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • ·Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Actual timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to PrakritPurity.

Approved exchanges shall be processed subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Where applicable, reverse pickup shall be arranged through our logistics partners.
If reverse pickup is unavailable for a particular location, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Shipping reimbursement, if approved, shall be limited to reasonable standard courier charges.

PrakritPurity’s liability with respect to any order shall not exceed the purchase value of the product in dispute.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.

PrakritPurity reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
