We currently ship across most locations within India.
However, delivery services may be unavailable in certain remote locations, including selected areas in:

  • North-Eastern states
  • Leh-Ladakh
  • Restricted or inaccessible pin codes

We reserve the right to decline shipment to locations that are not serviceable by our logistics partners.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of successful order confirmation and payment verification.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–8 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Operational delays beyond our control

PrakritPurity shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed during checkout prior to payment.
PrakritPurity reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details shall be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Orders returned due to incorrect details may not qualify for free re-shipping

PrakritPurity shall not be responsible for failed deliveries arising from inaccurate customer information.

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
If your package:

  • Appears tampered
  • Is damaged
  • Has missing items
  • Contains incorrect products

The complaint must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs
  • Unboxing video
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.

If your order is marked delivered but not received, customers must notify us within 48 hours.
We shall coordinate with the courier partner for investigation. Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier verification processes.

PrakritPurity shall not be held liable for shipping delays or delivery failures arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic restrictions
  • Political disruptions
  • Strikes
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Government actions
